Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using the website https://nyuma.net (the "Site") and the online services provided by NYUMA LLC (the "Company", "we"). By using the Site or our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope

6. Third-Party Platforms

  • We may provide services that integrate with Meta (Instagram / Threads), LINE and other external platforms.
  • When you use those platforms, their own terms and policies apply in addition to these Terms.
  • Our services may become wholly or partly unavailable due to specification changes, outages or discontinuation of those platforms.

7. Suspension, Change and Termination

We may suspend, change or terminate the Site or our services without prior notice for maintenance, failures or other unavoidable reasons.

  • Except in cases of our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Site or our services.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
  • The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction of the first instance over any dispute relating to the Site or our services.
